4.2 Payouts

• Payments are made monthly or when minimum payout thresholds are met.
  
• Contributors must maintain up-to-date banking or payment details.
  
• Payments may be withheld in cases of suspected fraud, copyright claims, or disputes.
  

4.3 Chargebacks & Refunds

If a sale is refunded or reversed, Indiscapes may adjust the earnings accordingly.

5. Content Removal & Account Termination

You can remove your Content anytime.
Indiscapes may also remove Content or terminate accounts if:

• Copyright violations occur
  
• Fraud or misuse is detected
  
• Terms are violated

Existing purchased licenses remain valid even after removal.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Indiscapes, its partners, and customers from claims arising from copyright issues, release problems, or misuse of your Content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Indiscapes is not responsible for lost profits, damages, or losses related to the performance or non-performance of your Content on the platform.

8. Changes to Contributor Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued uploading constitutes acceptance.
