For Buyers (Content Users)
We offer two main licenses:
- Standard/Royalty-Free License: For most commercial and editorial uses (websites, ads, social media, presentations, etc.). One-time fee, unlimited use within license terms.
- Extended/Enhanced License: Required for large print runs (over 500k copies), merchandise for resale (t-shirts, mugs), or unlimited digital distribution (templates, SaaS products). Check specific license terms.
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and sometimes bank transfers (for large corporate accounts). Subscription payments are typically auto-renewed via card.
Pay a monthly/annual fee to download a set number of assets (e.g., 10 videos/month). Unused downloads usually don’t roll over. Subscriptions offer significant savings per asset compared to on-demand purchases.
Credits are pre-purchased units used to download individual assets. Different assets cost different credit amounts (based on size/resolution). Credits typically don’t expire (check terms).
Videos: MP4 (H.264/HEVC), MOV (ProRes/DNxHD – often Premium). Resolutions: HD (1080p), 4K UHD, sometimes 8K or HD/4K with Alpha Channel.
Images: JPG (standard), PNG (transparency), sometimes TIFF/PSD. Resolutions vary (e.g., Small, Medium, Large, Original/XXL).
After purchase (with credits/subscription download), go to “My Account” > “Downloads” or “Library.” Click the download button next to the asset. Choose resolution/format if options exist.
For our Standard/Royalty-Free license, attribution is NOT required (strongly preferred for editorial use, but check specific license). Enhanced licenses also typically waive attribution. Always double-check the license agreement.
No. Stock content cannot be used as the primary element in logos, trademarks, or anything intended for exclusive identification of a brand or entity.
Content depicting real people, places, events, or brands, used in a newsworthy, educational, or documentary context (e.g., blogs, news articles, documentaries). Usually has model/property release restrictions. Not for commercial advertising.
No. You cannot resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make the raw files available for download as standalone items. They must be part of your final project.
Go to “My Account” > “Subscriptions” and follow the cancellation instructions. Cancellation usually stops future auto-renewal; you retain access until the current billing period ends.
We generally do not offer refunds for downloaded content or used subscription downloads due to the nature of digital goods. Refunds may be considered for technical issues or undownloaded subscriptions/credits on a case-by-case basis. See our Refund Policy.
No. Watermarked previews are for evaluation only and cannot be used in final projects.
For Contributors (Content Creators)
Sign up for a contributor account on our website. You’ll need to submit samples for review and agree to our contributor agreement. Approval is based on technical quality, content relevance, and market needs.
High-quality, commercially relevant videos and images. We seek authentic, diverse, modern content (lifestyle, business, tech, travel, backgrounds, trends). Check our “Content Needs” or “Shot List” guides.
Videos: Minimum 1920x1080p (Full HD), 25/30fps preferred. 4K is highly valued. Stable shots, proper exposure/white balance, clean audio (if applicable), no logos/trademarks. Codecs: H.264/HEVC MP4 or ProRes/DNxHD MOV.
Images: Minimum 6MP (recommended 12MP+). Sharp focus, correct exposure, no excessive noise. JPG (high quality) or PNG (for transparency).
Absolutely, for commercial use. Any recognisable person or private property requires a signed release. Editorial content may not require releases, but must be marked as such. Releases must be submitted with the content.
Earnings are based on your contributor level and the buyer’s purchase type (Subscription, Credit Pack, On-Demand). You earn a percentage (e.g., 15%-45%) of the net sale. Detailed rates are in your contributor dashboard.
Payments are made monthly, typically via PayPal, Payoneer, or bank transfer, once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold (e.g., $50/$100).

Yes, but only if marked as AI-generated during submission. It must meet all other technical and quality standards. You must have rights to the AI tool’s output. Restrictions may apply to certain sensitive content (e.g., identifiable people).
Exclusive content is only sold on our platform (not available elsewhere). Yes, exclusive content often earns a higher royalty percentage. Check your agreement for specific rates.
